FULL GRAPHIC RESETS
Across the Microsoft Experience Centres (formerly Flagship Microsoft Stores in New York, London, Sydney and Building 92 on the Microsoft Headquarters Campus), Microsoft marketing would conduct full or partial resets of every graphic in each environment four or five times a year. They would coincide with seasonal events like holidays, Back to School and new product launches, and the variety of appliances was unique to each location.
For each reset, It was my responsibility to develop the graphics, either from supplied assets or to composite new images, present entire toolkits back to the Microsoft Experience Centre team for approval, and ensure the art went into production and installation according to Microsoft's exacting standards.
